Virtual Classroom - Engaging Learners in Real-time Video Conversations
Virtual Classroom is a new tool that allows for synchronous and asynchronous delivery of content through Lakehead University’s online course management system. It provides exciting opportunities for ‘best practice’ for online course delivery. However, its utilization also introduces new and reintroduces old challenges through its use in completely online teaching environment. This workshop will reflect on one instructor’s use of Virtual Classroom in a number of course settings.
