Smudging and Ceremonial Tobacco

Faculty, instructors and staff are welcome to participate in this professional development workshop entitled “Smudging and Ceremonial Tobacco.”  In this workshop, cultural knowledge and purposes for smudging, and the use and protocols around ceremonial tobacco will be discussed. The teachings of smudging and ceremonial tobacco use presented will be of those used within the Thunder Bay area. All departments and faculties are welcome.  Please note that there will not be a smudging ceremony.
