SUMMARY:Practical Introduction to Research Data Management
DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\nAs more publishers and funders\, including the 
 Tri-Council of Canada\, introduce research data management plan (RDM) 
 requirements\, it is a good time to get up to speed. In this workshop\, we 
 will cover the basics of Data Management Plans (DMP) and open data deposit. 
 This will include exposure to resources and tools to support you throughout 
 your work.\n\nBy the end of this workshop\, you will be able to: 
 \n\n\n	describe a data repository and Data Management Plan 
 (DMP)\n	recognize the importance of a good RDM practice\n	understand how to 
 access and use DMP Assistant \n	understand how to use Borealis (Lakehead 
 Dataverse) and the Federated Research Data Repository.\n	identify 
 deposit-ready data practices\n\n\nNote: This session will be held online 
 via Zoom. A confirmation with a link to the session will be emailed to you 
 after registration.
