All bookings must be confirmed via email within 1 hour of placing your booking.

Unconfirmed bookings are automatically cancelled. If the room is vacant 30 minutes after the start of your booking time, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

• Rooms can be reserved for a maximum of 3 hours per day.
• No study rooms available? If there are no bookings available but you spot an empty room, let us know. Library staff may be able to cancel unused bookings in such circumstances.
• Library staff may also edit or cancel study room reservations at any time due to individual use, monopolies, unruly behaviour, etc.
